Men will be at risk if they eat a lot of eggs

Picture 1 of Men will be at risk if they eat a lot of eggs Eating too many eggs is likely to increase the risk of death in men, even this risk may double for men with diabetes.

That is the result of a research project recently published in the American Journal of Nutrition.

The study was conducted over 20 years for more than 21,000 men with cardiovascular and cancer diseases.

Results showed that the risk of death increased by 23% for those who ate seven eggs a week and even doubled for men with diabetes.

Scientists believe that diabetics are more likely to absorb cholesterol in their food into blood cholesterol than normal people.

However, the study suggests that egg use is not associated with cardiovascular disease, including myocardial infarction.

Research results also demonstrate that using less than 6 eggs per week does not pose a risk of death.
