People who sleep late are richer

People who stay up late and wake up late the next morning often have better thinking and analytical abilities than early sleepers.

Researchers from the University of Madrid (Spain) conducted a survey with about 1,000 students and students from 13 to 19 years old. They check the habit and biological clock of young people to determine if they are the type who stays up late and sleeps late or sleeps early and teaches early.

Dr Jim Horne, a professor of psychology at Loughborough University, said: 'People who work late at night often do creative work, like poets, painters and inventors, while tube workers. early morning workers are usually civil servants or accountants'.

An earlier study of US Air Force recruits also found that people who go to bed late have the ability to think better and deal with situations better than people who sleep early and get up early.
