Scientists at the University of Madrid have recently discovered the amazing ability of red grapes, which is against heart disease and stroke.
To arrive at the conclusion, the scientists analyzed data on more than 120 volunteers aged between 45 and 70 who regularly face high blood pressure and are at risk of heart attack and stroke.
These volunteers were randomly divided into 2 groups. Group one is added to the daily menu with fresh grapes and red grape wine, group 2 does not use grapes and food made from grapes.
After 16 weeks of test results, the blood pressure of 60 volunteers in the first group decreased by an average of 5% and colesterone decreased by 14%. As for volunteers in group 2, this situation has not improved.
Speaking at the launch of the study results, the scientists gave advice to those who are currently facing cardiovascular disease, adding their menu a little red or grapes.
