Remnants of prehistoric people at Dong Van stone plateau
Sao Can Ty site is located next to Highway 4C (the road from Quan Ba district to Yen Minh, belongs to the Global Geopark of Dong Van Plateau).
In early October 2013, the Vietnam Institute of Archeology cooperated with Ha Giang Provincial Museum to conduct excavation of Son Can Ty archaeological site, in Can Can Village, Can Ty commune, Quan Ba district and discovered the sign prehistoric people belonging to the Paleolithic period in Vietnam.
Sao Can Ty site is located next to Highway 4C (the road from Quan Ba district to Yen Minh, belongs to the Global Geopark of Dong Van Plateau). Through the excavation of three holes with a total area of 100m2, the depth of the surface is 1.1m and surveying the surrounding area, archaeologists also found traces of prehistoric people and collected nearly 200 relics, mainly stone working tools such as tools of horizontal fringe, vertical fringe; horseshoe shaped tools; fringe tools at both ends, the tool is all over the face; slender, slender tools; spearhead tools . are attached to the road and stone fields.

Through an overall study of archaeological relics, experts of Vietnam Institute of Archeology have argued that the Sieu Can Ty site is a residence of prehistoric people.
