Research vaccines against Alzheimer's

Alzheimer's disease was discovered in 1906 by German doctor Alois Alzheimer. There are many people suffering from this disease, as in France, there are more than 860,000 patients, according to the forecast, this figure can reach 1.3 million people from now to 2020.

Alzheimer's disease was discovered in 1906 by German doctor Alois Alzheimer. There are many people suffering from this disease, as in France, there are more than 860,000 patients, according to the forecast, this figure can reach 1.3 million people from now to 2020.

Currently, it cannot be cured but we can slow the development of the disease. Scientists are still conducting research to produce a vaccine against Alzheimer's disease.

Testing of this vaccine in mice has been underway since the 1990s. However, human trials have not been conducted due to many side effects. Moreover, we have not yet fully evaluated the long-term effects of this vaccine.

Even so, scientists still hope to succeed in producing highly effective vaccines that can boost the body's immunity to the disease.
