Robot painter climbing chimney painting 100m high wall
The painter robot is equipped with 5 spray cans to create a giant chimney mural in Estonia.
Mikhel Joala, the inventor of Estonia created a model of experimental experimental robot capable of creating murals up to 100 meters tall by spray paint, Reuters on July 26.
The first model of painter robot is expected to be released before 2018.
Joala and his team tested the first model painter robot on the chimney of a heating company in the city of Tartu. The device is fixed to the ligament system while a computer sends instructions to the robot for painting.
"The real beauty here is the very impressive size of the mural , " Joala said. " Because of this huge size, we plan to break the world's largest mural record."
After 14 hours of art work and using 30 paint sprayers, painter robots created a mural 30m high and 6m wide with about 1.5 million paint spots. The image of a potted girl sending messages that people need more trees than chimneys. The first model of painter robot is expected to be released before 2018.
