Sauna can help improve cardiovascular health
According to a Japanese study published in 'New Scientist' , a sauna can help improve cardiovascular health.
Researchers have found that when people with chronic heart failure take a sauna five times a week, they will improve the heart's functions and have the best tolerance.
They asked 41 voluntary people to have sauna heart failure 15 minutes, 5 times / week. After each training session, these people will have to lie in blankets for 30 minutes so that their body temperature is one degree hotter than the normal temperature.
As a result, the sauna sessions increased the heart's ability to pump blood and prolonged the distance that people with heart failure could walk within 6 minutes, from 337m to 379m.
According to the researchers, sauna also helps improve the function of the inner lining of the heart.
Thanks to the increase in body temperature, another study showed that steam baths can stimulate the production of Serotonine organic compounds in the body and create a sense of comfort.
