Simple way to improve health without exercise
The results of the recently published study indicate that regular stretching helps to relax muscles and improve cardiovascular health.
The study, published in the American Journal of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, opens up ways to improve health and fitness for people with new or weak health, unable to exercise or exercise.
The stretching activity is usually done in a few seconds for certain positions, parts of the body. However, repeating this activity regularly over a longer period of time can help stretch the musculoskeletal system slowly.

In addition, sitting in a static position for about 40 minutes , stretching the body will help you improve arterial functions, lower blood pressure and improve blood flow.
Scientists in Japan selected 26 sedentary people in their 20s to measure arterial function when performing 10 exercises involving muscle groups in the arms, legs, neck and trunk. Each exercise is performed three times and remains in position for 30 seconds while sitting, standing and lying down.
A non-invasive technique used to measure vascular wave velocity (PWV) is used to evaluate the vascular response of subjects. High PWV is equivalent to large arterial stiffness, a risk factor for cardiovascular disease.
Researchers say PWV has decreased by 3.6% in arteries in the arms, legs, and arms during the first half of the test. The reduction of arterial stiffness with participants in aerobic exercise was 6.8-9.7%.
The heart rate changes in an average of 54-79 beats during stretching, but the respiratory rate is almost unchanged.
