Sepat storm is unlikely to affect Vietnam

The strongest wind in the area near the center of the storm is strong level 17 (ie from 202 to 221km per hour), jerking over level 17.

It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the storm will move in the northwest every hour for about 15-20 km. At 13:00 on August 17, the location of the storm center is about 21.0 degrees north latitude; 123.4 degrees east longitude is about 330km southeast of Taiwan.

In the next 48 hours, the storm continues to move in the northwest every hour for about 15-20 km. At 13:00 on August 18, the location of the storm center is about 23.6 degrees north latitude; 120.6 degrees east longitude on the island of Taiwan.

Due to the impact of the storm, from tomorrow (August 17) the sea in the northeast of the East Sea has strong winds gradually up to level 7, level 8, then increase to level 9, level 10, jerk on level 10. Sea is very strong .
