Set the mode to automatically edit words when typing text
MS Word: When typing, typing misspellings is inevitable. In MS Word, there is an auto-edit mode for users, QuanTriMang.com will guide you how to do the following:
1. Go to Tools AutoCorrect Options .
2 Appear the AutoCorrect dialog box, select the AutoCorrect tab:
- Enter the characters to fix in the Replace box.
- Enter the correct word in the box With. (You can enter the text you want to edit on the text and black out then go to the AutoCorrect dialog box.)
3. Select the Add button to add it to the list
4. Select OK to complete.
After the setup is complete, when you misspell and press the space key, MS Word will automatically correct the spelling of the word for you. Here, for example, typing ' gn ' will be edited into ' ng '.
Based on this feature of MS Word, you can set some characters to turn off for the whole line of text. An example might be: ' qh ' will be fixed as ' SOCIAL REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM '
Delete automatic word correction mode.
In some cases you may want to remove the automatic correction of words with the words you have set or MS Word set up yourself (eg MS Word usually automatically sets you up when you enter the ' i ' (i usually) into ' I ' (I flower)). Proceed as follows:
1. Go to Tools AutoCorrect Options .
2 Appear the AutoCorrect dialog box, select the AutoCorrect tab:
Find the word you have edited the word in the list
