From a distance, the Delicate arched rock in the Arches National Park stretches to the top of La Sal mountain, it is thought that they are stacked or chiseled by humans, but it is not true.

Most of the boulders and strange landscapes in this park are of sandstone origin in Jurassic. Over time, primitive sand stones were worn out by the wind, eventually emptying into creating an arc.

Most of the interesting landscapes here are associated with the wind. However, the La Sal mountain is a vestige of volcanic lava from ancient times.
