Model of Ganoderma mushroom production

Raw materials for the production of Ganoderma are mainly dry and dry sawdust of softwood and hardwood (except wood with essential oils and toxins), waste bagasse of sugar mills. After processing the material, fungal spores will be transplanted into the material bag.

Fungal spores are released from mature fungal fruiting bodies, which are favorable conditions for spores to germinate into a single mycelium (primary fiber) of single fibers that combine together into multiple amphoteric fibers - secondary fibers grows deep inside and develops into a fibrous system, thereby continuing to develop into mushroom buds - mushroom fruiting bodies.

Mushroom bags after feeding the fibers for about 20-25 days, mushroom mycelium grows 1/2 bags of mushrooms. After 45-50 days of rearing, the fruiting body will be formed, the average yield is from 35kg dry / 1 ton of dry material, with the current market price reaching 350,000 VND / kg Lingzhi mushroom.

After more than 1 year of monitoring 2,000 bottles of mushroom seeds at the Center for Advanced Science and Technology application, the results showed that Lingzhi mushrooms grow well, fibers are uniform, not infected with other fungi and bacterial infections. .
