The number of super clean vegetable factories is increasing in the country of cherry blossoms. They can provide a wide variety of vegetables 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Everything in the vegetable habitat is controlled - from light, temperature, water to air humidity. Even people can change the concentration of CO 2 in the air every minute. Germs and insects do not have the opportunity to enter the vegetable environment.

Instead of wearing old clothes and dirty western gloves, factory workers will wear medical masks, clean gloves and dust-proof clothes like workers in a chemical factory.

Vegetables from factories are delivered to stores at higher prices than regular vegetables because people do not spray pesticides, do not water dirty water and do not allow harmful insects to contact the product.

Because vegetables are grown in environments with no dirt and germs, buyers can eat them without washing them. Lettuce in plants can be harvested up to 20 times a year. Thanks to the large area, some factories can produce thousands of tons of vegetables per year.

The Japanese government encourages the development of a clean vegetable factory amid growing concern about the use of chemicals in agriculture.

A spokesperson for Ozu vegetable factory said: 'The vegetables grown in a greenhouse are not exposed to outside air. We can grow year-round by adjusting light, humidity, water, temperature and CO 2 concentration in greenhouses. Consumers can eat vegetables right in the garden without having to worry about anything.
