Journalist Eastwood said that reloading weapons was extremely difficult, often cracking. In addition, owners of Nambu pistols often experience self-fire.

Nambu pistols were used by the Japanese army in the first half of the twentieth century. In total, three models were developed: Type A, Type B and Type 14.
