The boat ... overturned

Called EGO, the device used to roam the sea has just surfaced and sank. Its actual shape as a ship overturns because the cabin part instead of the water surface is designed to sink into the sea, around the cabin are two hulls floating on the water.

EGO is a product of Raonhaje Company (Korea), equipped with electric motors. To fully charge the battery needs 6-9 hours and EGO can operate continuously for 8 hours, speed 9.2 km / h.

Representative Raonhaje emphasized that EGO is not a glass bottom boat but rather a ' submarine ' that allows visitors to enjoy the sea view. EGO is not a closed submarine so it does not need an oxygen supply system.

The underground cabin is also a two-seat cockpit. The doors and windows are made of Acrylic, 200 times more powerful than the glass of the same thickness with 92% light transmission. EGO is not coated with anti-fouling paint so Raonhaje company recommends customers every week should bring it ashore once to sanitize.

EGO's cabinets are equipped with an LCD screen connected to the camera above to provide live images. EGO is also equipped with digital audio equipment to detect depth. When it enters the shallow water, a warning will be issued for the boatman to navigate through deeper water. There is also a battery monitoring system and a VHF radio system.
