1. Mineral water

The chemical is both beneficial for enamel but also makes our teeth yellow. Mineral water contains a lot of chemicals, drinking more also means that the teeth will turn color. American dental experts recommend that each person should drink at least 1 liter of water a day, of which only 300ml should be mineral water remaining 700ml should be pure or self-made water.

2. Tea

3. Coca
