The people of Bournemouth, Dorset County (southern England) often see 9-month-old Essy walking on the streets with two dogs. They live with Tony Tufft, a 35-year-old ship building engineer. Tony and his wife Steph bought the duck from a farm when he was only 8 weeks old.

The couple said, since Essy arrived at their home in the town of Charminster in Bournemouth City, the duck has brought a laughter to everyone because it always tries to imitate the barking, how to walk , the type of tail wagging of dogs.

'Thanks to Essy, we became celebrities in Charminster town. In my opinion, Essy doesn't know it's a duck. He likes to approach dogs to make fun. People do not understand its behavior and the dogs are also surprised. We bought Essy a necklace to take him for a walk. ' Tony told.

His wife Steph added: 'Every time Essy goes to the street, people rush to get close to it as if this duck is a famous character . ' Tony's two dogs also enjoyed playing with Essy. They often go behind the duck when walking around to protect it. Although Essy has a separate bed on the wardrobe, she still likes to sleep with two dogs.

'Essy always comes first when going to the street. Every time the two dogs walked too fast, he tried to chase and go ahead, ' Steph said. Now Essy has a passport for pets. The Tufft family makes passports for ducks because they want to go to Tenerife, a tourist island in the Canary Islands of Spain.
