The inventor of this machine is the young physician Nguyen Dinh Loan, currently living in Phu Son commune (Ba Vi, Ha Tay). Mr. Loan said that his idea had been more than 10 years ago because of pursuing his family's traditional medicine so he had to have a medicine workshop before.

Mr. Loan continued, having a workshop to produce a lot of coal and firewood to dry the medicine; However, after drying the medicine, the smoke, dust and unpleasant odors will rise up very much, affecting the health of the people in the commune immediately.

Nguyen Dinh Loan wandered alone, sometimes standing still for hours to watch the smoke chimney of textile factories, chemical plants . then go home to take notes and calculations. Whenever there was a bit of time outside the work of the physician, Nguyen Dinh Loan always read the textbooks of chemistry, collected materials on research projects, environmental magazines.
