If you want to know the real age of someone, look at the hand. That is the result of a research work done by American scientists. Scientists say that whether cosmetic surgery or makeup will make someone's face look younger than the actual age, but the mark of age is always very clear on the hands.

Picture 1 of The hand is hard to hide
In this study, volunteers were first shown unedited photographs of the hands of many different women. Then they were asked to guess the ages of women through those photos, especially women in the 20, 20 to 30, 30 to 40 age groups . The results, the majority of women was correctly guessed.

In the second observation, the photos were edited. This time the veins, blood vessels or wrinkles on the hands were removed thanks to digital photo editing technology. Moreover, people also create wrist jewelry or adjust the nails so as to be painted to create youthful hands in the photos. The result of the age of guessing is mostly younger than the original guess. However, for those who are really old, their age is still quite accurate even though the hand has been adjusted. The reason is that observers still see the signs of old age such as thin skin, freckles, wrinkles .

In this study, scientists also discovered that the characteristic that people who guess the age often relies on when watching the hand is the tendon. When looking at photos that have a hand tendon removed, most people guess the age is younger than the actual age.

So to get a more youthful appearance, besides taking care of facial expressions, hair, skin . we should also focus on our hands. We can use specialized skincare products of your choice to take care of your hands or apply laser treatments . to relieve the skin's paleness.
