Artem Mironov, a Russian photographer, defeats every line of professional and amateur photographers from all over the world to win the 2017 Insight Astronomy Photographer contest, by the Greenwich Observatory, England, co-organized with Insight Investment and BBC Night Sky Magazine, International Business Timeshôm 9/15 reported.
