"I read the article about another cat. The cat is said to be the oldest in the world. At that time, I told myself" my cat is older " , " said Mrs. Wickberg. "Missan occasionally makes a mistake, is a little shy, and quite cautious, but she likes dogs. Missan chases them very quickly."

According to Telegraph, if Missan's true age is proven, the cat will become the longest living cat in the world, surpassing the Tiffany Two cat from San Diego, California, USA. Tiffany is only 26 years old.

This also means that the late cat Poppy in England has been recognized by Guinness as the longest living in the world and will be stripped of his title after his death. Poppy died in June last year at age 24.

However, Missan cats are still inferior to the world's oldest cat in history, Creme Puff, from Austin, Texas. Creme died in 2005 and lived 38 years, three days.

When asked if Missan could live longer, Ms. Wickberg said it could be only 30 years old. In addition, Missan's owner added that the cat recently recovered from a back pain and had some kidney problems.
