The Prime Minister arranged the leadership of two academies

The Prime Minister has just signed decisions on personnel of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology and the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences.

At the proposal of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (Science and Technology); The Ministry of Home Affairs and the Prime Minister decided that Mr. Chau Van Minh, Chairman of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, is now the Chairman of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Cong and Mr. Duong Ngoc Hai are Vice Chairmen of Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, appointed by the Prime Minister to be the Vice Chairman of Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology.

The Prime Minister also appointed Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thang, Chairman of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (Social Sciences), to be the Chairman of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences. Mr. Vo Khanh Vinh and Mr. Nguyen Quang Thuan are Vice Chairmen of Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, currently Vice Chairman of Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences.

Thus, it can be seen that the highest leaders of the first two academic institutes of Vietnam have not changed. These decisions take effect from March 4, 2013.

Headquarters of Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology

Previously, according to the Government's decree, from February 19-22, the first two academic institutes of Vietnam will in turn go into operation, including the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology and the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences. These are two agencies formed on the basis of Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology and Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences.

According to this Decree, the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences is a Government agency, which performs the function of researching basic social science issues; providing scientific arguments for the Party and the State in planning fast, sustainable development policies, strategies, plans, policies and policies of the country in a socialist orientation; consulting on development policies; postgraduate training in social science; participate in developing social science potential of the whole country.

The Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences has a President and no more than 3 Vice Presidents. The President of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences is appointed and dismissed by the Prime Minister, responsible to the Government and the Prime Minister for all activities of the Institute.

Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology is a government agency, performing the basic research on natural science and technology development; providing scientific arguments for scientific and technological management and developing policies, strategies and socio-economic development plannings; training high-quality scientific and technological human resources according to law provisions.

Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology has a Chairman and no more than 4 Vice Presidents. The titles of Presidents and Vice Presidents are appointed and dismissed by the Prime Minister.
