In late 2004, a year before the world became known for the iPhone-branded smartphone, a small group of Apple engineers embarked on a secret project.

This secret project is called 'Purple' (purple) and this is the iPhone development project . Purple Project is made by a group of engineers, inside a place called Purple Dorm (purple dormitory) . It seems like a group of university students are developing an ambitious project but seem quite dreamy.

And one of the special principles of Purple Project is: 'You can't reveal anything about Purple outside this door.'

The original iMac G3 computer was introduced in 1998 with turquoise. However, Apple later released new versions of Revision C with four new colors to represent the fruits: blueberry, strawberry, grape and tangerine.

Sagan knew that his name was set for Apple's development of the computer in an interview at MacWeek in 1993, a year before the computer was released. And after complaining about it, Apple employees changed the name of this computer to 'BHA' or 'Astronomer on Land'.

Soon after, Sagan filed a lawsuit in court, claiming that Apple was mocking him. However, his lawsuit was not approved. Even so, Sagan decided to sue in a higher court. And finally Apple was negotiating to change the name of this project to ' LAW' , short for 'lawyers are shitty'.

Before Apple named its operating system 'Mac OS' , it was simply called Systems . In 1995, Apple developed Systems 7.5 version before it was released to everyone.

According to Apple's internal stories, this version of the operating system was once named Mozart 7.5 , to commemorate the talented composer. However, Apple later learned that his competitor was Microsoft developing the Windows 95 operating system code-named 'Chicago'. And Apple decided to change its code name to 'Capone' , the name of a notorious gangster that scared the whole city of Chicago. Apple is also quite good at swirling.
