- Cleaning the face before bed is essential to remove dirt. Then apply moisturizer to help your skin regain vitality. Don't forget moisturizer for your arms and neck.

- Relax by soaking your feet in a bowl of warm water mixed with a spoon of aromatic salt for about 10 minutes, then rinse. If you're still not sleepy, try to press and file your toenails, use moisturizing cream to have a soft foot.

- Oil is essential to keep hair glossy and soft. Apply oil on your hair overnight and wash your hair in the morning for the best results. Heat a small amount of olive oil, almond oil or coconut oil by placing it in a small container and soak in hot water. After the oil has been relatively hot, gently massage the scalp with oil for 8-10 minutes. To save time, you can do this while taking a foot bath.

- Apply castor oil to eyebrows and eyelashes, especially those with thin eyelashes. Beaver oil will make them grow thicker and longer. With tired and swollen eyes, use some thin slices of cold cucumber. Or crush cucumbers with carrot juice and scoop the area under the eyes to remove dark circles.

- Finally, apply a little vaseline to your lips. You will go to sleep soundly like a child!
