It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the tropical depression will move mainly in the west, about 10km away every hour.

Due to the impact of tropical depressions combined with the northeast monsoon, offshore waters from Khanh Hoa to Ca Mau provinces have strong winds of level 6, level 7, jerks on level 7, strong seas. Provinces from Quang Binh to Binh Thuan have moderate rain, heavy rain, and a place with very heavy rain.

Also according to the Central Hydrometeorological Center, due to the influence of northeast wind combined with the circulation of tropical depression tonight and tomorrow (November 3), the provinces from Thua Thien Hue to Binh Thuan and the Central Highlands will have moderate rainfall, big to very heavy rain, with a common rainfall of 70-100mm, some places over 150mm.

At present, floods in Quang Nam, from Binh Dinh to Khanh Hoa and North Tay Nguyen continue to rise; rivers from Quang Binh to Thua Thien Hue and Quang Ngai are slow but still high.
