Uncle Uzonka at Bucarest Northern Zoo, Bucharest, Romania has recently become the first animal in the world to carry a fake mine that can still function normally.
Uzonka was recently shot by poachers while searching for bait. After five surgeries at the Uzon Animal Hospital, it was fitted with a false beak to fit in front of the intact mine.
