Video: Tornado rips through town amid terrible storm in Europe

A terrifying tornado has killed at least two people as southern Spain is already reeling from the effects of severe storms.

In recent days, the Valencia region (Spain) has suffered the worst flood disaster in the country's modern history after a huge amount of rain fell on October 29 and submerged the city in just 8 hours.

As of November 2, 2024, at least 211 people have been confirmed dead due to this disaster and many residential areas have also suffered serious damage.

According to images posted on social media, during the time of heavy rain, a terrifying tornado also hit a famous coastal town in southern Spain , causing many vehicles to have difficulty moving, tearing trees and blowing many small boats away at sea.

A video clip captured the scene on the highway, where a truck driver can be heard screaming in panic as he records the chaotic scene, with several large vehicles overturned in front of him on the windy road.

"Look, a storm, a storm. Look. The trucks in front of me flipped over. The truck next to me had all its windows broken. I'm really in danger," the driver said in the video.

It is known that heavy rains, tornadoes and floods in Valencia are considered one of the deadliest flood-related natural disasters to hit the country in nearly 30 years.
