The Itar-Tass news agency quoted the director of the seismic research station at Odessa National Institute of Construction, saying that the center's existing equipment does not record any geological shocks or underground vibrations. .

"It shows that there is some local seismic position, most likely in the Black Sea area. The sea wave runs from north-east to south-west. We can only make conjectures like So, " said Dr. Kontantin Egunov, director of the seismic center.

The scientist said that he could not confirm the element of an underwater explosion or the chasing wave phenomenon .
