Closed technology

The disadvantage of landfill disposal is the large land fund, leachate causing environmental pollution and not taking advantage of the huge economic benefits from recycling waste.

Engineer Tran Hung Dung said that with the technology of sorting waste by hydraulic and aerodynamic, garbage will be classified into organic waste (vegetables, leftovers .) and inorganic garbage (debris, metal). .) to conduct recycling. As explained by engineer Dung, initially each garbage bag will be put into a conveyor belt to go through the hydraulic tank.

Organic waste will float or float, and inorganic garbage will sink to the conveyor belt to go out. After that, inorganic garbage is classified magnetically to remove iron. Particularly, glass must be cleaned by hand, debris is used as block bricks. For organic waste, the vegetables and fruits are made into micro-organic fertilizer, nylon and recycled rubber into FO oil, and the rags will be burned together with hazardous waste.

The waste water and garbage washing water is brought to the centralized treatment by microbiological and physicochemical technologies and put into the factory for reuse. According to engineer Dung, the advantage of this technology is the continuous operation system and closed circulating gas in the system, high productivity, less pollution of the environment.

It is simple to say, but when it is done, it is extremely complicated. Engineer Dung confided: 'It took me 3 months to find a way to tear up the garbage without manually ripping and quantifying the garbage into the conveyor belt, not to mention the difficulties in calculating the correct plan to separate each type of waste for recycling '.

Environmentally safe

Dung said his hydraulic and aerodynamic waste treatment technology was applied by Minh Minh Phat Co., Ltd. (Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City) to recycle garbage. In order to 'be sure' not to use the wrong technology, the company also invited the Center for Environmental Technology - Institute of Environment and Resources (National University of Ho Chi Minh City) to monitor and measure the environmental status at the factory. in May 5-2009. The results show that most of the indicators of industrial emissions for dust and inorganic substances according to TCVN 5939-2005 meet the prescribed standards.

In addition to the advantages of not causing environmental pollution, Dung's technology application also brings very high economic benefits. According to calculations, only need to invest 2 billion for a waste treatment plant with a capacity of 30 tons of waste / day, three months later, investors can pay back.

With 30 tons of garbage / day will produce 10 tons of FO oil, only need to sell 9,000 VND / liter of fuel oil, each day has collected 90 million VND. The cost of electricity used for the plant is not high, only 187 VND and consumes 3 kg of fuel for 1 kg of finished products.

Engineer Dung Ho boasted that there will be 5 units investing in his new technology line in the coming time, including Da Nang garbage recycling treatment area (capacity of 650 tons of garbage / day), Kymdan Rubber Company disposal of waste mattresses, Viet Xanh Environment Company handles waste rubber . In particular, this waste treatment technology will bring super profits when handling rubber, tires, shoe soles. . because all these products are FO oil.
