Not getting enough sleep at night

After work, many people still try to bring their work home. We continue the phone, sit on the computer and watch the television so late that there is not much time to sleep for the body to recover its energy. Late-night rotation, getting up early and frantically going to work will make us quickly exhausted the next day. To avoid this, sleep enough for 7-8 hours a night. It's best to turn off the phone before sleeping.

No time to exercise

If you don't exercise regularly, your body will get tired quickly. Although the morning is very busy, we also try to take a moment to practice the basic movements. We can walk, jog slowly or do chores in the house. Evening exercise is not as effective as in the morning because exercise when you wake up will energize the whole day. Movement also causes the body to secrete 'happy hormones' , helping us to have a strong motivation from within.

Or worry

Stress (stress) not only causes you to have high blood pressure but also reduces your ability to concentrate during the day. Therefore, avoid overwork or frustration, irritability. Instead, make yourself happy. For example, you can be proud of your work, family, home or everything around you . This will help you to be full of vitality.

Fasting for breakfast

Most people who are tired at noon often skip breakfast. If you don't eat or drink enough 3 meals, your hormone secretion will be disordered and push you into a feeling of drowsiness. That is not to mention fasting breakfast will make you hungry, from then over lunch, easily lead to unwanted weight gain.

To stay awake, we should:

- Eat breakfast regularly and diet must balance nutrients.

- Avoid drinking lots of tea and coffee before breakfast and after lunch because it will make you lose your appetite. And yet, the caffeine content of tea and coffee also makes you nervous and anxious.

- Avoid eating lunch too full because it will make you tired later. However, lunch also needs to be full of starch, protein and fat. In fact, if your lunch is full, you won't need to take any supplements or vitamins.

- Sleep well in the evening.

- Diligent movement, whether it is the exercise of heavy exercise at the gym or light exercise at home.

- Avoid snacking between two meals, except fruit. Each type of fruit has its own characteristics and is an abundant source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
