Almost all of the documentaries, movies, story books, we only see humans riding colorful horses but never zebras.

In the history of human evolution, it would be flawed not to mention the domesticated animals. These could be cows, goats, sheep, and of course cats and dogs. Humans have domesticated many species of animals to serve as food, warm keeping . of their common characteristics of these species are "docile", easy to reproduce, have nutritional value. or big use and almost no predators like tigers, leopards, .

With the above criteria, zebras meet most when they are herbivores and also provide great nutritional value and use. But the most important point is that in the "docile" part, this species does not.

Zebras are very aggressive, hard to tame.

They are inherently wild animals with a very high temperament, aggressive nature, and domesticated. In fact, humans have been trying to tame zebras, but they are often hard to protect, or attack other species, sometimes biting humans without even letting go.

So in the end, we were forced to release them back into the wild and give up the intention to domesticate this "stubborn stubborn" creature.

Lack of family structure

In addition to the dangerous characteristics, there is one more point that makes this species difficult to tame because it does not have a hierarchical lifestyle, or understandably lacks family structure .

What is family structure? That is, each colony usually has one male, followed by 6-7 females and then their offspring. Any of you know your position, so if you tame the leading male, then you have a new herd of horses.

But unlike ordinary horses, zebras often live in groups but do not have such a hierarchy . It is this that leads to the difficulty of domestication , nurturing, as well as wasting more time for us.

And the aggressive, tough nature and the absence of a clear family structure are also the two main reasons why we do not tame nor be able to ride a zebra.
