The bosses who are always interested in tracking their employees when they take sick leave will also help employees get back to work faster.

Depression is one of the common reasons employees leave work. It affects 15% of Britons at some point in life.

To test the impact of return on work for those suffering from melancholy, experts tracked the process of 500 people from different professions asking to quit because of mental problems.

The results show that returning to work makes people recover faster and the attitude of bosses is the key to success.
