The forest rangers are helpless in forest protection and management, and some even help forest loggers to destroy forests.

In the past three years, loggers have blatantly cut down tens of thousands of Christmas wood, rosewood and many precious timber trees in the national park.

Many cases of forest elephants were stolen to get tusks and small animals that were trapped to be taken to pubs.
