Yor Don National Park, located in the districts of Buon Don and Ea Sup, Dak Lak province covers an area of ​​nearly 115,500 hectares, with many rare and precious plant and animal species.However, at present, this garden is being invaded, rare and endangered species, in which some species are reduced in number and are in danger of disappearing completely.

For many years, the State has invested heavily in funding and human resources to protect plant and animal resources, protect the natural ecological environment of Yor Don National Park, but the results are still very small. .

Currently, the quality of forest in the national park is significantly reduced, forest ecology is changing a lot, the situation of stealing timber and precious wood hunting wild animals occurs frequently.

The forest rangers are helpless in forest protection and management, and some even help forest loggers to destroy forests.

In the past three years, loggers have blatantly cut down tens of thousands of Christmas wood, rosewood and many precious timber trees in the national park.

While forest protection is still difficult, forest biodiversity is declining, in the past two years, the two construction units of National Road 14 C through the national park have reduced the forest area by over 100ha and threatened threatening the preservation of rare plants and animals here.
