Cartoonnist 1.3 - Create easy caricatures

Cartoonist 1.3 is a simple, easy-to-use program that lets you twist the areas in the image to create a fun image like in the 'Laughing House' in the park. It supports common image formats including: JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF and TIFF. Cartoonist 1.3 has 5.07 MB capacity and is compatible with all Windows operating systems, now available for free download at http://www.vicman.net/soft/cartinst.exe.

After downloading, double-click cartinst.exe file to install, during installation process, you can uncheck the software included Web Photo Album if it is not needed. Then, activate the application from the Start / Programs / Cartoonist / Cartoonist menu. You can put the image in the program window to process it by drag / drop or click the File / Open menu and select the image.

To deform the image, drag the Warp radius slider to use a large or small selection, then drag the mouse to the area to deform the eyes, nose, ears, mouth . of the character in the image, click and drag the mouse. Make the selection longer / shorter, distort left / right . as you like, then release the mouse to get a witty image. During the process, you can use the Undo command to cancel the previous unsuccessful operation or Reset command when you want to return to the original image.
