Causes from women

Reproductive tract infections : Some diseases of the cervix (cervical mucus infection) or vulva (Chlamydia infection) can block part or all of the oviduct and obstruct the pathway of the sperm . If these infections are detected promptly, people can treat them effectively thanks to antibiotics. On the other hand, if not detected early and left behind with disabilities, people can resort to surgery or in vitro fertilization.

See your doctor as soon as you have the smallest signs of infection : fever, headache . Treatment will be easier, more effective and much less expensive. While in vitro fertilization is very expensive and not always successful.

Ovulation disorders : The most common cause of infertility. Many cases occur: either eggs are completely absent, or eggs are overexposed. Some women with normal menstrual cycles may also have ovulation disorders. By adding reproductive hormones that affect the ovaries, thus stimulating ovulation activity. With this method, the patient can become pregnant.

Formation of cysts : Ovarian cysts are benign tumors that can interfere with the reproductive process. In most cases, to solve this problem, just remove the tumor with medication or surgery.

Endometriosis : The lining of the uterus (uterine mucus) develops and can cling around the ovary, egg tubes and cervix, impeding conception. These membranes can be removed through surgery.

Causes from men

The most infertile sperm production disorder in men. Sperm can produce in sufficient quantity but has an abnormal shape or is unable to move properly. It is also possible to have normal sperm but not enough quantity.

The causes of sperm production disorders are many:

- Infectious diseases like mumps can infect genital organs and lead to infertility, especially when the disease occurs after puberty.

- Endocrine disorders: Production of hormones is not enough to disturb testosterone secretion and sperm production.

In these cases, medicine has effective treatments.

- Clogged fine lines block all or part of the semen. They may have congenital causes or the consequences of a genital tract infection.
