Coffee - poison medicine for cardiovascular

In a recent study, American scientists found that people who drank coffee were more likely to have a heart attack, because the amount of caffeine in the blood could not be met up.

Research results show that digestive enzyme (enzyme) will convert excess caffeine into the liver, which depends on the genetic structure in each person.

With these subjects, their life expectancy will decrease with the amount of coffee they consume a lot.

In the past 10 years, the research team from the University of Toronto, Canada conducted a study of 4,024 coffee addicts living in Costa Rica and produced a startling result: half of the subjects were killed by drinking too much coffee.

People with normal genetic structure, if drinking from 2 to 3 cups of coffee a day, the risk of heart attack is 36%, and in people with a weak genetic structure, the incidence is 64%.

The number of people with a stable genetic structure, if drinking 2 to 3 cups of coffee a day, can reduce the risk of disease by 22%, and the number of people who drink more than 4 cups a day can only reduce by 1%. Therefore, scientists recommend that for people with normal gene structure should not consume more than 4 cups of coffee in a day, and for people with poor genetic structure, should only drink 1 separation is enough.
