Just notice a little bit with the naked eye, you can also detect the first symptoms of many diseases:

- Swollen ankles show diabetes, rheumatism, kidney, ligament damage due to overload.

- Acne, acne or red rash appear on the skin can warn the risk of diabetes and fungus in the legs.

- In the right leg, when the finger is pressed, the indentation can be a sign of kidney and liver disease, or symptoms of cardiac insufficiency.

- Swelling in the knee is a sign of hypertrophy of the thyroid gland.

- Suddenly limping, the calf muscles become weak to speak of the nervous system.

- Sudden pain in the hip area is related to chronic arthropathy or pelvic-thigh joints. In addition, it may also be osteoporosis.

- Hair abruptly sheds a lot related to disease in the immune system, including AIDS.

- Regular sweating in the hand indicates thyroid dysfunction. If your hands are numb or flaky, the cause may be a lack of vitamins or diabetes.
