Discover treasure 600 kg of coins in Spanish park

Huge treasures of copper and silver coins up to 600 kg dating back to the end of the 4th century are found at a park in Spain.

Recently, workers installing plumbing at a Spanish park unearthed a huge treasure of 600 kg (1,300 pounds) of Roman coins . According to cultural officials, this is a very special historical discovery.

The Seville Archaeological Museum reports that thousands of copper and silver coins dating from the end of the 4th century are found in 19 ancient Greek two-pot jars. Experts say these coins can be buried when they have just been molded and stored for payment to other soldiers or officials.

The director of the Museum Ana Navarro said the discovery was discovered on Wednesday in the southern town of Tomares outside Seville . They have tremendous value as one of the most important factors of this period and this is the only discovery ever made in Spain.

Among the clay pots with two straps , 10 were intact, buried more than 1 meter from the ground. On the coins one side has printed pictures of emperor Constantine and Maximianus and a host of other images on the back.
