Chinese archaeologists have discovered the grave of Upper Quan Uyen Nhi, who is considered a "female prime minister" under Emperor Vo Tac Thien.

The Mandarin tomb was discovered at an airport in Xianyang, northern Shaanxi Province and had its name engraved on it. The grave is dug deep beneath the earthly abyss, the pathway in the grave bends, and some pottery horses are found inside, the website of CRI Radio China said.
"The grave was discovered in a bad condition, it seems there was a dig to destroy it. Excavations did not find any gold or treasure, even archaeologists could not see it. a complete bone , " said Geng Qinggang, a researcher in Shaanxi Province.
However, the discovery of the grave along with the mark on the stele was important for future studies, said Du Wenyu, a historian who studies the Tang Dynasty.
Thuong Quan Uyen Nhi lived in 664-710 during King Tang Cao Tong's time. She is a famous figure in Chinese history because of her poetic talent and is close to the only female emperor in Chinese history, Vo Tac Thien is especially confident. Later she was a warrior of King Tang Zhong Tong, and then was disastrously killed in a power dispute.
