The researchers said the scientists conducted the experiment by giving 47 subjects addicted to coffee a measure of cessation of caffeine within a month.

After that, in the second month, scientists continued to drink 4 cups of coffee daily with traditional craft methods.

In the 3rd month, the subjects drank 8 cups of coffee daily with the same method as before.

Through analysis of blood samples from subjects, scientists discovered, the last month of the experiment, the level of interleukin-18 with inflammatory properties in the blood of the subjects decreased by 8% and 8-isoprostane level decreased to 16%.

However, the anti-inflammatory factor (adiponectin level) increased by 6%. So scientists believe that drinking coffee can slow inflammation.

In addition, scientists also discovered, drinking coffee also regulates high density lipoprotein cholesterol in the human body.

The density of lipoprotein cholesterol in the last month of all subjects had a good change, in which the density of lipoprotein cholesterol for health benefits increased by 7%.
