High blood glucose levels will make you older.

People also have a group of diabetics with high blood sugar, including 33 people. Then take photos of the participants. They invited 60 people to look at the picture to guess the age of each person (up to the month).

It turns out, the appearance of the participants did not depend on the body mass index (BMI), whether they were addicted to smoking or not, regular sunbathing was dependent on blood glucose levels. If the concentration of glucose in the blood is higher, it will look older, the face becomes wrinkled, the skin becomes more tortuous, the eyes become more opaque .

According to experts, the oldest people are people with diabetes. They are usually 1 year 7 months older than people of the same age but low blood sugar. The age difference (facial features) between people with high and low blood sugar levels is 1 year.

According to the scientists' perception, the blood sugar content increased by 0.18 grams, the look on the facial features will feel older than 1 year old.
