Equipment 'extremely toxic' changes the anti-fatigue biology hour

Australian researchers have created a special device that helps change the body's biological clock, leaving the phenomenon of fatigue due to time zone difference.

This device has the name Re-Timer. It had the shape of a pair of sunglasses, and emitted blue light, shining directly into the eyes.

Professor Leon Lack, the inventor of this invention, said: The light from the Re-Timer glasses stimulates the brain part, which regulates the biological clock for 24 hours of the body.

The light-sensing cells in the eye will "catch" the sun's rays to send a conscious signal to the brain, thereby forming the body's biological clock.

The biological clock affects the body's sleep, wake, activity, alertness and metabolism.

Professor Lack advises us to wear glasses for 3 consecutive days, for 50 minutes every day, after waking up in the morning to better adjust the body's biological clock.

If you can't sleep, wearing glasses will help you prolong your sleep time, help your body stay awake, work effectively.

Currently, the glass is being tested at Flinders University.
