The victim's or someone else's shirt, when torn apart, can form a rope to make a tourniquet or use a dressing or gauze to cover the wound. The victim should use his right hand to cover the wound.

The victims can help themselves if the bleeding is not much.The simplest is to use bandages, gauze (or tear, roll from the shirt) to cover the wound, tighten it tightly until there is no bleeding anymore.Then go to the nearest medical facility for nurses and doctors to treat the wound.

If in the case after covering the wound with gauze without reducing the bleeding, proceed to tie the tourniquet above the wound.It is possible to use rope torn from the shirt, tied around the top of the wound.Then use a ballpoint pen, a ruler and a branch to cross it through the ring and then twist it around, until the wound stops bleeding, then take the victim to the nearest medical facility .
