The 1.2m high pumpkin and 5.5m circumference has broken the record set by two 55-year-old brothers 2 years ago.

Both spent five hours a day caring for the pumpkin, watering nearly 380 liters of water each day for it at their flower farm in Pennington, Hampshire.

The brothers said they were very happy to have beaten their own record and once again recorded in the record book in the UK.

There are both planning to beat the world record, the pumpkin weighs 1.054kg.
