According to the lawsuit, KinderStart.com LLC claims to be the victim of a "deadly" error caused by Google's website ranking tool. The company said it was badly damaged because the ranking index was "badly" beaten by Google.

The lawsuit will have a tremendous impact on all of Google's business operations worldwide. For a long time, many industrial groups and corporations in the world have been trying to squeeze into the top rankings of famous search services, especially Google. Having a low rating or not on the Google index list will be disastrous for a company, and this is the reason KinderStart.com filed a lawsuit.

KinderStart.com accuses Google of violating the law of freedom of expression; unauthorized use of exclusive roles to harm opponents; unfair activities and acts of competition; have insulting words; and violation of federal communications laws (US).

In May 2006, Google made a statement to persuade the Northern California district court judge to dismiss the case because if KinderStart said the case won, Google or any search engine would not dare to work for them. face lawsuits if a certain company is not happy about their position on the ranking site.

KinderStart.com is a California-based company that began publishing its website online in May 2000, and a year later the site joined Google's AdSense ad network. Starting May 3-4 / 2005, the ratings of the KinderStart.com site have dropped dramatically while the company doesn't know what's going on.

KinderStart.com said it did not receive any notifications, by e-mail or phone, about the downgraded ranking. According to Google's announcement on the website, the company has the right to remove any site from the index list if it violates Google's terms. While KinderStart.com said it hasn't done anything wrong.

In February 2006, Google decided that the type of BWM manufacturer's website removed from the index list because there was evidence that the company used fraudulent techniques to upgrade it. However, a few days later Google reconnected this website and said BWM has made the required changes, although BMW has never claimed to do anything wrong.
