How to purify the body safely?

According to Dr. Do Thi Ngoc Diep, Director of Ho Chi Minh City Nutrition Center, purifying the body is cleaning the body from the inside. This method will help the body softer, support the metabolism of substances and waste discharge.

Instead of finding complicated, complicated methods, Dr. Diep said that there are simple ways to clean up the body that anyone can apply as:

  1. Drink enough water every day.
  2. Use some fruit juices like grapefruit, strawberry, cucumber, orange, carrot, watermelon . with about 100ml per day.
  3. Do not eat well at dinner. It is best to eat only until close.
  4. At least three meals a week do not eat animal proteins but rather plant-based proteins.
  5. In a week, you can eat a serving using only vegetables and 50% of carbohydrate.
  6. Eat plenty of fiber-rich foods and foods that contain antioxidants such as fresh broccoli, cabbage, kale, garlic .
  7. There should be a plan to cleanse the body as well as a reasonable and scientific weight loss by eating and exercising, avoiding contact with toxic elements.

According to Dr Diep, herbs such as artichoke, honeysuckle, chrysanthemum . are unlikely to produce toxic effects. To achieve high efficiency, these herbs must be used in the right dosage, properly prepared and of quality assurance.
