Cloudy clouds often occur when there is a big storm coming. Clouds can also be formed during a storm, when cold air is pushed down, causing the hot, moist air on the earth's surface to rise high, condensation moisture forming clouds.

Windstorm blowing clouds along the horizon creates a horizontal vortex-like effect.

One of the famous places for coastal clouds is in the state of Queensland in Australia, where the rattan roll called Morning Glory usually appears in the autumn months. Morning Glory curled up clouds with a length of up to 1,000km, from 1 to 2 km high, can reach speeds of up to 60km / h.
