According to this scheme, in the area of northwestern Lombok, near the quake of the earthquake, the ground was raised to 25cm, while some areas subsided from 5-15 cm deep.

In just a week, the island of Lombok has suffered three strong earthquakes and more than 500 aftershocks, killing nearly 350 people and leaving hundreds of thousands of people homeless.

According to NASA, collecting observable images from satellites can help the Indonesian government actively deal with earthquakes, as well as other natural or man-made disasters.

Earthquakes occur quite frequently in Indonesia, because the country is on the Fire Ring, including a volcanic arc and geological fault lines in the Pacific basin.

Earlier, in December 2004, a 9.1 magnitude earthquake occurred in the area off Sumatra island, causing a tsunami disaster, killing the lives of 230,000 people of different nationalities.
