A waste treatment line

This is a high-tech product, originating from NASA, which has been applied to manufacture and manufacture equipment by famous high-tech companies such as General Electric, Westinghouse, Alter NRG. Application of Plasma technology is to implement a process of using electricity to create arc arc at extremely high temperatures (7,000-9,000 degrees C) to turn waste into molecular gas, element (called total gas). ), steam and slag with special equipment - called Plasma converters.

Mr. Tu Ngoc An, Chairman of KGC's Board of Directors, said the business is expected to invest in building a modern waste treatment plant in Ho Chi Minh City. Financial resources for this project are about 400 million USD, from investment capital and cooperation with foreign partners.

The first phase equipment line of the plant has a capacity of handling 2,000 tons of waste / day to produce 1.6 million kWh of electricity / day, providing 55% of commercial electricity output to the national grid. In addition, the factory also produces other valuable by-products such as bricks, construction stone, porous stone .

According to calculations, the factory construction cost will be refunded within 8 years from the start of construction. According to Mr. Tu Ngoc An, if the project is approved, KGC will jointly survey and formulate partnerships with the Government for approval.
