The struggle in everyday life, especially in the family is inevitable, but to a certain extent to know "repress" yourself because when we argue whether we win or lose, in fact both are loser. Must find a way to resolve peacefully between the two to avoid unfortunate risks.

According to research in Denmark, repeated quarrels in the family will increase the risk of premature death especially in women.

Research shows that couples with less controversy have more opportunities to live longer and have better health.

A new study by the University of Pittsburgh-USA shows that repeated family conflicts will raise blood pressure especially in women and this can cause cerebral vascular accident and myocardial infarction . Researchers surveyed 1,500 people aged 50 over four years. All participants had to answer questions regarding the number of times they quarreled with friends, with their families, with their spouses and in each time they had to check their blood pressure. During the study period, 29% of people had hypertension, high blood pressure in people who often had arguments and especially people aged 51-64 years. Quarrels often affect women rather than men.

According to Rodlescia Seed, the lead author of the study, the reason for the difference between the sexes may be because women put too much wait and are important in relationships rather than men.

According to the researcher, quarrels are often more important in the eyes of women and have affected nervous stress. Hypertension is considered an important factor in stroke, myocardial infarction.

If in a home, a couple knows how to love each other, always forgives, is willing to sympathize with each other, then the family must be an ideal family, they can live together to "the first and long teeth".
